Warranty


Warranty service includes:


o    To repair the damaged item after the sale according to the conditions below;
o    Free and necessary repair of the device during the warranty period, which includes software services, repairs and spare parts.
o    According to the rules established by the company, the repair period is defined as 60 (sixty) working days after the item to be repaired is submitted to the service center.
o    The warranty conditions will be served by the company F1 or Tech Point
o    Gaming-Laptops.ge is fully responsible for the warranty conditions 

o      To receive warranty service, the customer must present the warranty card to the service center.



Products are replaced with new ones if:


o     Upon opening product (at the time of purchase), a visual defect was noted. (It is necessary to visually inspect the item at the time of purchase in the presence of a company representative, since the device will no longer be replaced due to a visual defect in the future);

o    If the item is found to have a manufacturing defect within 3 (three) days of purchase (this does not mean visual damage or software error), the service center will issue an act of replacing the faulty device. If the original appearance of the product is preserved without damage and within the mentioned period the notebook is presented with a complete set and an undamaged box;

o     If the device found to be damaged due to factory defects within 12 months and our service center issues a report on this damage, the company takes responsibility for repairing the item within 60 days.  


Warranty service is not performed/cancelled if:


o    The warranty period has expired;
o    Warranty card not presented/lost;
o    The data in the warranty card has been deleted, changed or modified;
o    The serial number / IMEI code is not readable or visible in the warranty card or on the case of the item.;
o    Item box is lost or damaged;
o    The device has a visual or mechanical defect/damage;
o    The seal is damaged or loose;
o    The device was used for a purpose other than its intended purpose;
o    The damage was caused by unqualified installation work;
o    The device was damaged by the customer during transportation;
o    The device has been damaged by another device placed next to it;
o    the device is disassembled (opened) for arbitrary repair or any other purpose;
o    The damage was caused by a computer virus or incompatible files;
o    The damage was caused by a foreign body or liquid entering the mechanism;
o    Damage is the result of electrical network failure (voltage fluctuation), mechanism damping, corrosion, exposure to high or low temperature, violation of operation and storage rules or conditions, unqualified repair/installation work performed by incompetent persons.;

o    Please note that placing the electrical device in water/liquid is not recommended. This warning also applies to those models that the manufacturer confirms are "waterproof". In order to prevent water/liquid from entering the device, it is necessary to strictly follow the requirements of the manufacturing company. Otherwise liquid/water gets into it. In case of water/liquid ingress into the device, the company will release the obligation for its further warranty service.
