Warranty Terms

Official Service Guidelines & Policy

Warranty Service Includes

  • Repair of the damaged item after sale according to the conditions below.
  • Free repair of the device (software, hardware, spare parts) during the warranty period.
  • Repair period is defined as 60 (sixty) working days after submission to the service center.
  • Warranty conditions are served by Company F1 or Tech Point.
  • Gaming-Laptops.ge is fully responsible for the warranty conditions.
  • To receive service, the customer must present the warranty card.

Replacement Conditions

  • Visual Defect at Purchase: Replaced immediately if noticed upon opening in the presence of a representative. (Later claims on visual defects are not accepted).
  • Manufacturing Defect (3 Days): If a factory defect is found within 3 days (excluding software/visual), the device will be replaced if the box and appearance are preserved.
  • Long-term Defect: If a factory defect occurs within 12 months and is confirmed by our service center, we take responsibility to repair it within 60 days.

Warranty is Void / Cancelled If:

  • Warranty period has expired.
  • Warranty card is lost or not presented.
  • Card data is modified or deleted.
  • Serial Number / IMEI is unreadable.
  • Item box is lost or damaged.
  • Visual or mechanical damage.
  • Seal is damaged or loose.
  • Device used for unintended purposes.
  • Unqualified installation work.
  • Transport damage by customer.
  • Damage from nearby devices.
  • Arbitrary disassembly/opening.
  • Virus or incompatible files.
  • Liquid/foreign body ingress.
  • Electrical surge / Voltage fluctuation.
The warranty is strictly VOID if the device has been opened or serviced by an unauthorized service center. Only official service center receipts maintain the warranty.

Recommendations & Warnings

  • Please visually inspect the device carefully before purchasing.
  • Liquid Warning: Placing electrical devices in water is NOT recommended, even for "waterproof" models. Strict manufacturer rules must be followed. Liquid ingress voids all warranty obligations.

Notice: Two or less dead pixels on screen devices are not considered a factory defect.
