No, there are no additional fees. All prices listed already include VAT and all applicable charges.

If you selected DHL courier service and your item arrives damaged, do not accept the parcel. Make sure to document the damage with a photo and refuse delivery. You will receive an immediate refund the same day or we will send you a replacement item.

We have been working with DHL for 4 years. All items are insured during delivery.

Yes, we include a stamped invoice with the product, along with a warranty card if the item comes with a warranty.
